25 Minutes to Go

             Well here I come, to save the day,                                                          I’ve  got 25 minutes to I've got to stop that crime to hear the town go hooray!, I’ve got 24 minutes to go

I'll bite that robber with my big jaws, I’ve got 23 minutes to go

i hope that will put the crime on pause, I’ve got 22 minutes to go

I'll put the criminal in a cage, I’ve got 21 minutes to go

For helping the town I'll be famous on a stage, I’ve got 20 minutes to go

Oh no! The robber got the money! I’ve got 19 minutes to go

Money gets stolen so much it's not even funny, I’ve got 18 minutes to go

I got distracted when the ambulance crashed, I’ve got 17 minutes to go

It was so loud cause it smashed and bashed, I’ve got 16 minutes to go

I fixed the ambulance with my tools, I’ve got 15 minutes to go

 I helped the people in it so they won't look like fools. I’ve got 14 minutes to go

Now that I'm done, i can get back to my job, I’ve got 13 minutes to go

Back to the back where their was a rob, I’ve got 12 minutes to go

I tried to stop the robber but he was too strong, I’ve got 11 minutes to go

I tried to catch him cause my arms are long, I’ve got 10 minutes to go

I've caught the robber with my long arms, I’ve got 9 minutes to go

Now the city has no more harms, I’ve got 8 minutes to go

 I was about to get an award, I’ve got 7 minutes to go

The award had the shape of a sword, I’ve got 6 minutes to go

I was on my way to get it but I tripped on a wire, I’ve got 5 minutes to go

Life on other planets

There might be other planets in our solar system that can have life. Titan, one of Saturn's moons,is very simalar to earth. A satellite took a picture of rain and lakes of methane on Titan. Earth has rain and lakes of water witch is very similar. Since the sun is a star, it has many planets around it and some plantets with life. It is good news for the people that think there is life on other planets if this is just one star, there could be other stars that have planets around them and maybe some with life. It could not even be humans!

My Silly Aztec Poem

The Aztecs found a piece of land

That didn’t have any sand.

They found an eagle eating a snake,

In the middle of the swampy lake.

They build a city

And did it all without pity.                                                                        

With all the causeways

You might want to take a gaze.

They did all the sacrifice to keep their gods happy,

If not the sun won’t rise and they’ll all be unhappy.

They built temples and canals like streams

It’s so nice you could be in a dream!

10th of April Sunday

Today me and my friend went to Katara beach. There was slides and trampolines floating in the water. After we went to all the things me and my friend went to get ice cream at the ice cream shop at the beach. Later we went back in the water and then went home. My friend stayed for the night. Once we woke up we ate cereal for breakfast. We made some oragami then we went outside. Later her dad came topick her up.

Spelling Story

One day I was in a hair dye store when I saw a big tsunami out the window. A person with a skin disease took me to the roof. It was difficult to see because everything was dirty. The tsunami was over so we climbed down the ladder and went to the shop. I looked out the window and there was an Eskimo and an extraterrestrail. They looked very desolate.


I walked out to see the rest. I saw some ladies making a drama about how they didn't like going to the dentist and that in their leisure time they would read a fable to the elderly. I turned to look the other way and I saw an editor holding an eel. The editor had a shirt with a dolphin saying 'division duty'. I thought that shirt was dreadful.


I looked around a bit more and saw that I was in a dungeon. The walls were covered in pictures of hungry caterpillars that were going to die. I was full of happiness because I saw a poster with an election for being a fail. It was a fact  that I would win. Later on, I tried an experiment at  the equestrian centre. I was going to dissolve gases in a dishwasher. I felt embarassed of my disgusting idea. I thought my mother would encourage me to empty and demolish the dishwasher and disappear to exile.

Time Travel

One day long ago, my mom, my dad and I were walking a long way to the beach through the huge, dusty, sandy and dry desert. Life in Qatar was hard. After a long walk in the desert, we finally got to the beach. There was pearl divers everywhere. All of them were holding rocks to help them get to the bottom of the ocean. I saw a part of the ocean that there was no pearl divers. It was shining really bright.




I asked my mom if I could go in and see what it was. She said I could go. I ran all the way to the ocean as fast as I could. I jumped in the water and swam all the way to the area that it was shining. I couldn´t get to the bottom so I asked one of the pearl divers for their rock. The pearl diver gave me his rock. I swam back and went down. When my feet touched the floor, I could feel something cold and smooth under them. I felt really scared but when I opened my eyed I could see it. It wasn´t a shark or anything like that. It was gold! I tried to pick as much up as possible. I got how much I wanted and lift my head up to swim to the shore but when I lift it up, my head banged against a rock.

All of a sudden, I was in a dirty and dark room.  I felt trapped and lonely until I found a small window.  I opened the tiny window slowly and gently.  A light lit up the whole room when I opened the window.  I looked and all around me there was big shiny towers and people wearing these weird blue pants.  I had no idea where I was.  

 

If I found the Mildenhall Treasure...

One day, I was kicking a ball in the yard when I accidently kicked the ground and a piece of grass lifted up. I saw something shinny under the piece of grass. I wanted to see what it was so I kept on digging. Once I finished, I saw that it was lots of beautiful plates. I showed my mom and she seemed really amazed. She told me to take it to a person in a museum to tell me what it was. The next day my mom took me to the museum. I met the person that was there. He told me that they were acient Roman plates and that the Romans used them to put wine. He also told me that the face in the middle was the god of wine, Bacchus. It was underground for 1500 years!

I went home and told my mom all the information that he told me. My mom told me that I should probably sell it to the museum and use the money to buy stuff. I asked her what I could buy and she said that we could all be rich and have a better house and I said ok. We went back to the museum that same day and told them that we wanted to sell it to the museum.The manager said that he would pay us 1,000,000 Riyals for it. Me and my mom said yes straight away.

We went home and talked with my dad to decide if we wanted to move to West Bay Lagoon and get a villa with a beach in the yard. We all sat down and talk to see if we wanted to move there. In the end, we all agreed that we did. we called all the moving trucks and we moved straight away. My room in the house was enormous and full of cool and expensive stuff. My whole family was comfortable with the house so we stayed there.

Saturday

Today  I woke up and I ate breakfast. Later I ate lunch then went to the Islamic Art museum. I went there for classes. During the classes we drew the design on ceramics. We drew them in pencil then went over them in oil pastel. Then we got a brush and painted over it in blue ink. After I got home and me and my friend in the compound played at the compound playground we went on the swings, the slides and the see-saw. Later I had to go home. I ate dinner and I went to sleep.

Friday the 18th of Febuary

Today I went with a friend to see a movie in villagio. The movie was called Gnomeo and Julliet. The movie  was about two neighbors that always have fights and when they leave their homes the garden decorations all come to life and they fight. After watching the movie, I went to the house of the friend that I was watching the movie with. At her house we played  tennis and jumped on a trampoline then watched Harry Potter. After my mom came and picked me up and when we got home we all went to sleep.

Wednesday the 16th of Febuary

Today me and my brother went to the dentist with my mom. my brother had one small cavity and i had none.After  going to the dentist we went to KFC. I ate chicken, my brother  ate a chicken sandwitch and my mom ate chicken. Then went home and our compound played a game of basketball. it was me and my brother against three other people. our team lost. then we came home and ate dinner and later we went to sleep.
